This elegant building in Bloomsbury Village has undergone a thorough renovation. The formerly tired offices have been transformed into a series of stylish, modern office suites with ground floor retail space. Architects Buckley Grey Yeoman led the design, with Blenheim House Construction appointed as main contractor.

TRC was awarded the contract to design, supply and install 140 traditional spring sash windows, which we manufactured in hardwood.

Traditional box sash windows

With their simpler, compact, spring-balance mechanism, these windows offer a cost-effective alternative to box sash window designs. The windows were acoustically doubled-glazed to give a rating of 36 dB Rw.
