What our warranties cover

Our warranties for new windows are:

10 years for manufacturing and material defects
10 years for double glazed sealed units
7 years for slim double-glazed units
20 years for vacuum glazing
10 years for factory paint finishing
5 years for Ironmongery

Our warranties for restoration are:

10 years for repairs
10 years for double glazed sealed units
7 years for slim double-glazed units
20 years for Vacuum glazing
5 years for ironmongery

If any of the above items fail, then we will replace or repair (at our discretion) the affected items free of charge*

Detailed maintenance and care manuals are provided with every product and installation
