In addition to the TRC standard product range, we create distinctive, bespoke windows and doors that combine personality and performance. Some clients require us to precisely match historic detailing or ironmongery. Others require windows and doors with individual technical characteristics. In either scenario, we have the experience and skills to deliver.

We are able to manufacture many bespoke profiles when windows need to be replicated exactly or special details introducing to windows from our traditional and heritage range which is particularly the case on Heritage and Listed buildings.

Design expertise

Bespoke windows and doors are often architect-led. We've worked in partnership with many architects, contributing our expertise and turning their detailed designs and performance requirements into reality. We work with all kinds of property owners and managers from single houses to large estates and commercial buildings who have particular requirements in mind. Our in-house design team can take a client’s ideas and prepare inspirational designs and detailed manufacturing specifications.

Bespoke manufacturing expertise

The nature of bespoke manufacturing means that every project demands considerable planning and preparation time, so we involve the whole team from start to finish. We often begin by designing and creating a prototype we can test at BM TRADA or WinTech for air, water, wind and thermal performance. Once approved, we scale up for full manufacture, which may include investment in machinery or bespoke tooling. We can also produce 3D modelling (BIM) of the finished product, if required.

Project planning expertise

Bespoke projects often push the boundaries to get impressive results. This sometimes means projects take longer to plan and manufacture than our standard range. We recommend talking to us as early as possible, to ensure we can plan efficiently to meet project deadlines.
