Joining TRC in 1997 and becoming a director in 2000, Mike plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s operations in his division. He oversees sales, cost estimation, site activities, client liaison, and payment application processes. Mike’s dedication to quality ensures every project is delivered with precision, a flawless finish, and an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to final handover.

With over 20 years of experience in designing, supplying, and installing high-performance bespoke timber windows, Darius brings deep expertise to TRC. He has managed projects up to £5 million, including landmark schemes such as the Roscoe Building at the University of Manchester, South Farm (Architect: Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios), and window replacements for the Dulwich Estate commissioned by the London Borough of Southwark.

Gareth, appointed in 1997 and promoted to director in 2000, works alongside Mike to oversee TRC’s sales, estimation, site operations, and client liaison functions within his own division. He oversees everything from project preparation to the application processes, ensuring seamless project delivery. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, Gareth ensures every project reflects TRC’s hallmark of excellence.

David founded TRC in 1994 and has overseen the vast majority of projects TRC has been involved in, with many featured on our testimonial page. David has a personal involvement with the client on all major contracts, believing that lasting relationships foster the highest standards of project delivery. As a result, ongoing client relationships last for many years, ensuring continuity and consistently exceptional delivery.

Operations Director

Daniel brings over 25 years of expertise in construction project management and leadership to TRC and is providing a pivotal role in TRC’s day to day Operations and its ambitious development plans. His Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership and Management, NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction Certificate, Association for Project Management PMQ Certificate, and the BCS Foundation Certificate in Data Protection all serve to allow continuation and expansion of TRC’s exceptional customer focused quality product and service delivery.

With over a decade of experience in the window and door industry, Wes brings valuable expertise in both installation and business development to TRC. Having started his career fitting windows, he developed a deep understanding of products and processes before moving into client-facing roles. His background spans a wide range of systems, from uPVC and aluminium to bespoke timber, giving him a well-rounded knowledge of specifications and performance.

Financial Controller

Stacy has served as TRC’s Financial Controller for 18 years, guiding the financial strategy that has supported and sustained the company’s expansion. A full member of the AAT, she brings 22 years of accounting and finance expertise. Stacy’s meticulous oversight ensures budgets are controlled, resources are allocated effectively, and TRC’s continued growth remains both financially sound and strategically sustainable.

Estimating and Sales Manager

Since joining TRC in 2022, Kathy has taken the lead in the company’s estimating and bid development process, managing detailed cost proposals and tender submissions for new window projects. She combines market awareness with a strong client-focused approach, ensuring each proposal is competitive, accurate, and aligned with project objectives.

Shay has been TRC’s Estimating and Design Manager since July 2022 and brings over a decade of expertise in pricing, design, and surveying for restoration and new window projects. Recently achieving TRC’s PAS2030 accreditation, Shay combines technical precision with creative solutions, ensuring TRC consistently delivers high-quality, compliant, and sustainable results.

Technical Design Manager

Paul has been an integral part of TRC since 2005, bringing specialist expertise in the supply and installation of timber windows. As Technical Design Manager, he carries out meticulous site surveys and manages the technical design process, ensuring seamless communication between TRC, our UK and European suppliers, architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
